Wrong part was sent

The part i ordered did arrive quickly however the part was missing components. The exchange for the correct part was quickly resolved.

Got the item I wanted at a great price

I somehow ended up with an incorrect part being shipped to me. I was sent a shipping notification for this incorrect part and called and left a message that the part was incorrect and that I would like a return call. No call was made that day or the next. I called and left a second message reiterating the problem. Again, no return call. The third call I placed, I informed them that I would no longer be purchasing from them if they did not return my call. I was called back this time, only for them to tell me that they would send an RMA the next day. That RMA never occurred. I have ordered the correct part from another vendor.

Ordered inferred burner for my jade cheese melter said it was shipped waited 1 week never came called they said it was sent back but will reship what a coincidence it came the next day after installation it lasted 2 days then broke now there refusing to replace this was a 500 dollar part and now I have to purchase another one they said they wanted to see box it came in but I had disposed of it not right Bad customer service would not recommended
