Part arrived quickly, was exact part # ordered and worked great as intended

Well, I was asked for a review at this point. The information I have now - I placed an order. The item has moved, nor been picked up for three business days; so while I have the tracking number, that really doesn't mean much. At this point, I expect that nothing will change, and I would be filing a dispute Monday if the part is not shipped out.

They were very helpful on the phone in getting me my humidifier filter. Received the package even faster than they said I would.

Everything went well. I got just what I needed but it did arrive one day later than promised. That didn't matter though. It was still a good experience. I will order from here again. Thanks.

Placed an order - waited a week - sent an e-mail to check on the status - no response - received a text from Paypal that the order was refunded. Absolute garbage experience.

Ordered an in stock part but later was notified the part was never in stock. This was embarrassing to explain to customer this error that reflected on us as much as it on the shipper of the item.

Fast Delivery 🚚 Correct Parts.

I ordered a part for my furnace and it is winter, but it has not shipped after four days and we are still waiting for an update as to when it will ship. It would be great to gave heat again.
