Quality work. On time performance

The production took way to long and the pricing was very high. I have several other jobs coming up but I guess I will have to find someone else to take care of my patch production in the future.

Quality is great and shipping is fast!

The job turned out perfect. It was delivered in a timely fashion and my customer loved it.

Frank did an amazing job getting my patch order taken care of. Definitely recommend their work and quality

The patches came out great. They are of good quality My dislike was the below-par service. Once I placed the order and paid, I never heard back. I eventually called, and they responded quickly, to find out they were waiting for me to approve the design they never sent. Then, as time went on after approval, I called and emailed to find out what the issue was. After a day or two, I was able to speak with them, and they would check and get back in an hour. Well, they didn't, so I called again and finally got them on the phone, and the order was on the way. Almost TWO MONTHS LATER. But I will give them a second chance. Things happen.

Simon is great to work with.
