While everything shipped quickly, my cushion was made incorrectly twice. The first version had the stripe orientation wrong, which they kindly replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the incorrect piping color. As a result, I’m left with two unusable cushions, and only a 10% discount was offered, which feels insufficient given the repeated errors.

Good turnaround, fabric is great. I was worried about the 'vacuum sealed' arrival - but they are comfortable cushions!

Cushion sizes were off a bit. The seat backs not at all comfortable. We had to restuff the backs. Also rounded corners were only slightly rounded, not enough for the chairs, so we had to alter these ourselves. Some better explanation of the sizing would be helpful.

Regarding your concern about the size, we have mentioned on the website that due to natural material and fabrication variations, minor differences in size may occur. We fabricate cushions and pillows with a tolerance of ±1 inch. For now, we understand that you have restuffed the back and adjusted the corners yourself. This was extremely simple. We defined our measurements, picked out our product, ordered it, and it was delivered well in advance when we thought it would be coming. It turned out excellent.
