The service rep helped me all the way through my order was completed. I was delivered and everything fit perfectly. We made the order complicated by the service rep handled it all. Great job. Saved us a ton of money.

Advertisement for replacement suspension kit for rocker/recliner was spot on. It arrived in promised time fit perfectly and will extend the life of my recliner for a number of years.Thanks

The ottoman is nice, just like advertised. My only complaint is one of the bolts did not have a head on it, luckily we found one in our toolbox that we could use.

First, the ease of use via the website and the detailed pictures of each item. Second, once the items arrived they were wrapped and secured well. The items were as described and the quality of the items are superb. Finally, I enjoyed the promptness of the shipping and tracking as stated in the email.
