Very responsive and customer oriented. I had a small issue with a couple of the cushions I received contained small stains on one side of the cushion. I contacted PatioHQ and they immediately said that they would supply me with two new replacement cushions. The person I dealt with was very responsive and wanted to ensure that I was totally satisfied with my order. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.

I just added an ottoman and cushion to the set I purchased two years ago. Added a rocker last year. Love everything about this set i have purchased from patio hq and this years purchased didn’t disappoint. Great customer service and great quality products. Oh
