I run a house call veterinary practice
I run a house call veterinary practice. I had never used a call center before. Patlive has been great. I get many clients who are impressed, even the ones who are used to getting myself or my CSR. It is easy to change scripts, which I have done 3 times already. There is a huge value to my clients who want and need answers about their pets now, even in the middle of the night. Very happy with the service!
