Hi there, and thank you for giving your pup a PupProtector™ Blanket! We're so sorry some of your favorite waterproof blankets were sold out. We know how ruff it is to find the perfect color and then see "out of stock." Demand, supply challenges and tariffs have hit our inventory hard, and our team has been working hard to get things back on the shelves. We do have good news: new inventory is on the way for the holidays, including new PupProtector™ fur textures, colors and sizes we're really excited about. If you'd like a heads-up the moment these blankets are available, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make sure you are notified. Thanks for your patience and for being part of the pack!

Good afternoon, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it was to have to pay an additional fee to have your package redirected. We know how important it is to be able to reach someone quickly when there’s an issue with an order, and we apologize that we weren’t able to provide the assistance you were looking for. We did review the order and found that the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect. Unfortunately, the order had already shipped by the time we were contacted, which limited our ability to make changes with the carrier. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Our support team will be in touch with you shortly. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
