You have made it harder to do business with you. I have over 19 pages of dogs I have tested and your agents need to be more patient and understanding. You have created too much friction to buy your services via the phone and The buying process on line has also become harder. You may have seen my last $. I will give you one more chance. Oh by the way...my research this month showed you are the highest price DNA tester I could find. Lastly your decision to reflect RDOSD with one good gene and one bad gene as a carrier vs affected as Optigen did and still does in my book is flat out wrong. You are either part of the problem or part of the solution You don't understand the mess you have created in the Labrador world for labeling this a carrier A month doesn't go buy that I don't get a call about a buyer from another kennel where a young puppy has gone blind. The buyer always says...but they told me a carrier can never get the decease. This mess is on you Paw Prints.

Prices have gotten way too high. Will have to look for an alternative.
