Great service

Was excited to purchase sweater's for Christmas with my dog and when finally got the order, the material is so cheap, that I cant even give it as a Christmas gift, so disappointed. When asked for return and refund, no response.

Ordering around Christmas was a busy time as it took 3 weeks to get here. Waiting 3 weeks use to be the norm until Amazon came along and now we expect things delivered the same day. My orders all arrived before Christmas and that's all that counted for me !!!!!

The toques I ordered are Christmas gifts for my daughter and son in law. They arrived in a decent time and look great! I'm sure they will love them!

They are horrible and customer service is terrible. I received my cup broken and this was a gift from my kids to their mother. I reached out to them to send me another one no answer. They also send me another cup in my order a man doggy style his wife and my kids saw this cup. No idea why they would send me that cup. They are horrible. Becareful hopefully your stuff doesn’t break cause you won’t get your refund or a replacement!!!
