Very pleased with the quality of the tee shirt. Easy process to order custom tee.

I have ordered several items over the last two months, including 3 custom sweaters, and treat jars, and a couple custom (with my dogs pics) floor mats. A couple of these items should have received discounts and I didn’t receive them, but once I wrote and inquired, they immediately applied the discount and refunded the difference to my credit card account with no question. I’ve received all of my items delivered in a timely manner and of my items came, and it was not made as I had ordered, and I needed it at a specific time so I did not have the time to have it redone… So per their refund policy, and because it was their error, I got a full refund because they had made a mistake! This is the kind of customer service that warrants this kind of rating… No company is perfect, but a company that stands being their products and owns their mistakes, gets my business and respect!

Ordered a ladies Tshirt and the sizing was not as ordered. I would not recommend this company, as its misleading with not posting the right sizes. Also the customer service is not good. Little compassion for their error.

Just received my custom ornament and am super happy. The fact that they had enough coat options for my pups to actually match what they looked like was a major selling point and everyone keeps commenting on how accurate it is (other than Chloe’s eyes - suggestion to make eye color for the pups customizable). Also customer service was prompt with their responses (changed a spelling error without issue). Will def be recommending to others

Aanvankelijk was ik wat huiverig om de kersttrui te bestellen. Chinees spul, komt het aan? Wat zal de kwaliteit zijn. Toch uiteindelijk na de reviews op deze site een bestelling gedaan. Zojuist ontvangen. Niet lang hoeven wachten. En... het is een mooie trui. Alleen valt ie wat groot uit. Dus maatje kleiner bestellen is mijn tip.

I ordered a customized glass ornament that is so adorable. It arrived within a couple of weeks, sooner than expected. I would highly recommend.
