Please be careful when ordering anything from this company, we ordered a personalised glass for my daughter, when it arrived it was cheap nasty plastic, they have refused to give me a refund. They said they don't have a return or refund policy. Absolute rip off. The item is definitely not as described

I ordered a cap with an animal graphic for my friend's xmas present. The cap was great. Good quality and a good fit. I felt the graphic was too small making it difficult to read. Passionate were quick with their response and advised the graphics were sized as advertised. They refunded 30% of my money (which they didn't have to do). I'll check the sizes more carefully in the future.
