I am also guilty of believing that Paycargo was a reputable and responsible business. My mistake. They are scammers and live off of this deceit. After being scammed I called and insisted on speaking with their manager, Melanie Cruz. She promised me she would discuss my complaint with Paycargo's directors and contact me asap.... that was 2 months ago. Stay away from Paycargo, they will legally steal your money.

CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS YOU PAY YOUR BILL. The $250 hidden fee is ridiculous. Section 10.6 of the Terms and Conditions? When did fees start being put deep in the Terms and Conditions? We used this service against our will to prevent further delays with our DHL shipment. We needed to pay a bill and have it released ASAP, but PayCargo didn't give us the proper terms to pay and have our shipment released since there was couple day processing time. Insane, to say the least.

Same as all complaints... ridiculous $250 hidden fee and then of course you have to go out of your way to try to contact them to cancel. You cannot cancel your own account. Totally shady business!!!

This company is a total fraud. Please read this before choosing this company. They have all kinds of hidden fees. Once you opened your account, they will find ways to charge you. Stay away from them!

Transcon processes our yearly import bond. They asked us to use paycargo to pay it. We were torpedoed with this surcharge. the Bond is $300, the fee $250??????. Thieves and they use their hidden fee in terms. They know what they are doing. Stay away from Transcon and paycargo
