It flags and stops behavior that matches known fraud patterns and in your case, a documented series of laundered transactions on IPTV accounts. You have been previously identified for fraudulent activity, and when you attempted to submit again using obfuscated information, our compliance safeguards prevented you from proceeding. To reiterate, that is not a lack of response, that is fraud prevention. We protect our banking partners, card networks, and legitimate merchants.
