Awful Experience
Awful customer service and experience. My shipment was late then shipped to the wrong address then re routed back to their department with no e mail warning or phone call nothing!

Great Shiny Silver Pouches

Regarding the sealer I purchased

You keep changing the product with no update
Iv been getting the same bags for two years I go and place my bag order what you sent me is unexceptable. Not the same product I called she told me the product was improved. Not by my standards I'm currently sourcing a new bag company thanks for nothing.

We're so sorry that you were unhappy with your order. We try to inform all of our customers about changes to our products ahead of time, but unfortunately, not everyone receives those updates. We are always looking to innovate our products and improvements to our bags may include better materials and substrates, but never reduces the bag's quality. We will contact you to understand what exactly was unacceptable with the bags you ordered. After being a faithful customer for more than two years, we hope you give us another chance to make this right and not rate us so low for this one time experience
