the guys on pnohe would not send me the link to download win 10 on my win 8 computer. told me to take to compputer shop. give refund.

Tried to download. When opening it was blocked and message said get app from store. Give me directions on downloading the program I bought. I'm Turned off my VPN. No help from the customer support guy. Said he would email instructions, it would take about 10min. 2days later never got them Request refund!

The Windows 11 Pro license key won't activate because Microsoft says it's been used too many times and they have blacklisted it. I tried to reach out to their support email and it says it's not valid!!

I'm unable to install the microsoft suite using the key you sent in January 2026
