Thanks Sam and Kumar for getting rid of my computer conflicts and other issues I had. It now runs smoothly like new. Thanks for great customer service, minute by minute update by the chat box, simple to understand explanations and providing answers to the many questions I asked. Thankyou for your patience. This was really important to me as I am not a computer whiz. The offer of a 24/7 service was fantastic knowing I have tech support any time of the day when I need it.

Eric was very efficient in showing me and making sure I understand how to save certain pics. He helped me with MSN news which disappeared from the status bar and he gave me new icons to difference the different uses. He also turn up my machine and made sure that Norton was secured. He had a lot of patience with showing and explaining things to me. He was knowledgeable and clear. Thank you Eric.
