They do what they say they will
They do what they say they will. My credit card wasn't charged until they made a decision on whether or not they could help me. They were prompt in responding to let me know. 24 hours as promised. Thank you PDS Center.

They never call me or send me the ESA…
They never call me or send me the ESA letters.

Hi Karla- You placed your order on July 30, 2020 and our office emailed you your ESA documents on July 31, 2020, that was within the 24 hours as our website states.
