I was under the impression that it would take 3-5 business days before I received my letter, but it literally only took 2. I am very pleased that I am now going to be able to take my dog with me and start on our new chapter!

I purchased the letters and Pet ID card and the only thing I ever received was the letters online. I called the company 5 times and sent emails, they replied to my request for a partial refund with an email stating your letters have been shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number says label was created package has not yet been received. They have not returned my calls.
