Never received my papers or I'd card in…
Never received my papers or I'd card in mail. Was able to print papers but was expecting my original papers and I'd cards.

Don’t waste money
Won’t work, doctor wasn’t even licensed in my state is so obvious my apartment will not respect this

NO picture on ID Card even though I uploaded one.
uploaded my service dogs picture to have on his identification but did not receive the card with his picture on it. I tried to get a hold of customer service several times so they can fix the mistake but had no luck. I'm very disappointed with customer service. No reply in over a month.

A great experience
This process was much more stressful THINKING about requesting it than DOING it. I knew it would be the right thing for me to do but I just couldn’t get up the courage, but I’m so glad I did! Thank you for making it a pain free experience!
