Professional, extremely efficient and delivered as promised.

I got the letters in the mail but they are not hand signed by a doctor, the signature is scanned, so not valid for flying. I have called several times to PDS to ask for a hand signed document but the only response they gave me is that someone will contact me back. Finally I had to travel without my dog. :-( Update; 2 weeks ago they wrote me an email saying that in 8 days I would have the letter hand signed in my mail... still waiting...
