Great
Have to say, smooth...called them and got an immediate answer, and they even verified that their letters meet the new 2018 protocol for United and Delta airlines. Received my letter the same day. Extra doctor information too, to satisfy the airlines since with non in-person referrals, they can sometimes be suspicious. Very pleased, thanks guys.
