If you live in Michigan, or any other state that requires the physiologist must be licensed in your state, use another ESA service. I recieved my documents 3 days after payment was made only to find out the doctor is based in North Carolina, another words their not worth the paper they were written on. If I didn't know the laws in my state this would of caused a red flag with my new landlord. Needless to say it has been a 98 dollar lesson learned. I have left several messages and emails with the phone service to no avail, no call backs, no emails. It's only obvious they have no knowledge of the laws in every state. If I were a sadistic person I guess I could start calling the physiologist that signed my documents to put pressure on the PDS to make a full refund or right their wrong.
