I have applied for the esa letter on…
I have applied for the esa letter on feb 21 today is March 2 and I haven’t received no letter or confirmation from this site I have to pay extra for my dog since I bought a flight ticket thinking the letter would’ve arrived in time I have call them several times and no one can answer my concerns since that number is a third party answering center, I’m asking for a full refund so disappointed don’t waste your money they were so quick to deduct my bank but taking fro ever to answer
