Very quick and easy to understand process. Everything that I would need was provided to me by the website and the addition of the signed forms for flights was something I was not expecting but greatly appreciate. Has made it a lot easier for me to keep my best friend around with less worry.

Everything is great except that on my traveling letter, the license number has PSY twice. Also the number of the doctor and her address do not match with her real information online. I looked her up she is legit doctor, but she has different address as well as the phone number differs from one that they put in my letters. I would like this to be corrected. Thank you.

I received my letter but my I’d card says my pup is a “canine” and he’s an “Alaskan Klee Kai”. I contacted customer service but they were no help and I emailed them and no response I feel like I wasted $27 on nothing

Submitted my application for ESA Letters Friday night and received them signed by a doctor Monday morning! Most affordable for ESA Letters!! A different company tried to charge me $179!
