Sent a letter with premium shipping
Sent a letter with premium shipping. There q&a says premium shipping has tracking numbers. My order just says fulfilled and no tracking available. So if it’s expidted shipping, how is that without a tracking number. You claim a service and don’t fulfill that service cause snail mail isn’t expidted(without a tracking number).. first order and not a happy camper

PeliPost is a blessing
PeliPost is truly a blessing to my family. We receive reliable service, pictures are of excellent quality and they always arrive in perfect condition. The cost is wallet friendly and when you join PeliPals you get an even better value. Customer service is excellent. They always address my questions or concerns within 24 hours. When I've had to update my destination address, it is done within hours. Aside from that I've only had to reach out to customer service one time and that was just to ask if there was an app issue. There is also a monthly contest you're automatically entered into with a PeliPals account. There is no reason not to have an account. Great service. Time and money saver as well. You'll wish you joined them long ago. Thank you PeliPost, you're appreciated!

Listened to my questions and solved the problem of shipping 100 pictures from artist studio to my business. Solutions was complicated and the Peli team solved problems before they could occur, efficiently, cost effective and a true pleasure to deal with.I rarely write reviews but the Peli team did superior work‼️
