The ad said nothing about them being made in China. Would have rather bought a USA made product.

The pencil are amazing
The pencil are amazing! we are happy customers and put many orders in the past. The design was well done, the only thing that I didnt like this time is the delivery, my order came after the event I planned so I couldn't use the pencils,

Pencils are pricey…I thought they would…
Pencils are pricey…I thought they would be embossed. The box they came is flimsy and fell apart. I recommend they provide a better card board box. Also wish you could buy a smaller quantity than 155.

Hi Cheryl: We quadruple seal all of the boxes. I will personally look into this issue . Because of the issued with the boxes we will credit you order for 25% off. We apologize for the box issue. Pencils are silkscreened as per our description and photo of the pencils as shown on the website. With a silkscreen process we can add a logo and text. We also are the lowest price seller for the minimum quantity of 144 pencils. Since you ordered 155 pencils, you spent over $100.00 and received an automatic 20% discount at checkout plus free fedex 2 day shipping. You only paid $80 for your batch of pencil. Brian - Pencil Guy

Fast shipping ...... In complete lettering.
A good amount of the pencils the bottom 25% of the characters non existent. I mean, it's okay and I'll use the rejects. but reaching to give a handful to clients will mean culling them first.
