This company takes orders but doesn't deliver, I placed an order in May-22 and seven months later still no delivery, initially some apologies for delay but no goods then after numerous emails to them and no responses I can only say this company cannot be a genuine supplier, Avoid this company just another online bunch of crooks.

Good evening, Given the impossibility of shipping to your city by our forwarders, your order was cancelled and you received the credit.

Lovely little limoncello glasses - dispatch was a little slow but response to queries was very quick. Parcel arrived on estimated delivery day.

Ordered Hand cut Reggio Parmigiana cheese, express delivery. Took two months to arrive and was pre packed and not hand cut like I have had in the past. Communication was poor and after a month failed to reply about a delivery date.Such a shame as I have ordered in the past without a problem.

The Parmigiano Reggiano you received is cut by hand and packaged by the partner dairy. We have changed the management platform and we have had some delays in communications, PepeGusto is a craft company that selects producers and products of superior quality, our goal is to always meet the needs of our customer, Marcello our head of Customare Care will contact you
