The site has multiple vendors. At some point, the vendor names were obfuscated, which I didn't like because it reduced transparency. The vendor I originally ordered from initially shipped to my country through Peptaura. Later, Peptaura showed that they no longer shipped here. However, I contacted the vendor directly outside of Peptaura, and they still ship to my country. That inconsistency was concerning. This particular vendor has also had multiple reports of low-purity peptides and appears to operate under at least three different names. As far as I can tell, the owners of Peptaura either aren't aware of this or, if they are, they haven't disclosed it to customers. Either possibility raises questions about vendor oversight and transparency.

I want to address the claims you made, you are free to leave the review if that’s how you really feel. 1. Re: your vendor. Sister companies are common and we are aware of them (we exposed a lot of them and protected countless customers who would have otherwise lost money during the recent crackdown). Chinese sales reps competing under the same company are too. We don’t control their behavior outside of the platform. They are free to do whatever as long as they abide by our programmatically enforced rules on the platform. 2. Re: purity claim. We don’t censor any valid COAs submitted via /submit-coa from valid orders, and we in fact use the quality of their COAs (mainly user-submitted, to prevent fraud) to rank them within the platform, with older results becoming less relevant over time. Out of their 73 COAs and thousands of orders, they have 1 low purity COA and 1 ND result, all from over 6 months ago. I don’t know if you keep abreast of Peptaura developments, but every time anyone on the platform gets a poor result, they get suspended, are forced to pay for a COA, and lately, have been forced to implement not only batch numbers, but pre-testing them. Soon, all vendors will have pre-tested batch numbers. 3. Re: transparency. We explained the reasons for it. On top of preventing others from poaching our vendors (which would weaken our financial leverage to enforce standards on the platform), it does three more things. The first one is it keeps the CCP off their backs. Secondly, it allows them to have their own Peptaura brand, selling batches acquired exclusively FOR Peptaura customers. Lastly, aesthetically speaking, Xiaong Bah Medi Trading Co. Ltd. didn’t have much as much appeal for our audience. You can disagree with this one, that’s ok, we’re just giving you our rationale and we’re also not asking you to change your review. Thanks for the review regardless.
