Per4mance is a fantastic app! It makes it easy to track team member performance and see the profit on every job, which is a huge plus for managing a business. The geofencing clock-in and clock-out features are especially neat and make tracking time so much easier. The app is user-friendly, intuitive, and actually fun to use. On top of that, the customer service is excellent—they’re always quick to answer questions and provide support. Goodness there aren’t enough stars for this platform. As a tenured foreman, I’ve experienced the good, the bad, the ugly when it comes to “field supportive platforms.” From the platform itself, it not only generates systematic accountability between employees and employers; but provides critical information and delivers an in depth feedback to management teams and individuals via weekly performance reports. Now the support?? Goodness where do I even start. These guys at Per4mance allow an open line of communication during the workday and after hours to ensure customer satisfaction. Life’s a little easier with a support team on YOUR team while in the field. 100/5 stars!!!!!

Perf4mance has been a game changer for Kool Foam! It has helped us get our production teams on the same page on profitability. This program has helped increase team productivity and helped the management team identify projects that weren’t priced properly. Sales managers can also see whose projects are most/less profitable and address pricing with the salesperson(s). Great program!!!
