Had trouble getting to the cart to check out

I am happy with the variety of products available, but have not received them yet to comment on the quality. I was not happy that I did not receive free shipping, even though I received an email offering such with the code "Cyber49". I tried several times, then started an online chat. The chat person suggested that PB was not offering free shipping, then after I pointed out the email, apologized. However, I still did not receive the free shipping. I had added an item for $35 to put me over the $50 threshold for free shipping, so I subtracted that from my order and paid the $9.95 shipping fee. The chat person responded "perfect" when I suggested my solution.

Slow website. I am a many times past customer and the system could not find me so I just logged in as a new customer. What is the point of "opening an account"? I can buy anywhere. Why be hassled.

Your products and everything that you offer is great, your website sucks! Put some money into updating/upgrading it.

Your shipping charges are outrageous for a foam roller!

They ship the exercise bands right away for a little over eight dollars for the bands but they’re shipping was $9.50. Shipping cost more than the bands they need to do better on their shipping costs
