Nice clear clean website format/layout. Check out process could have been a little faster and smoother, though. Product was not cheap but quality is unmatched by the competition.

Item ordered and ended up on back order. I had to do all the enquires to find that out. Should have gotten some kind of notice. Subsequently customer service followed up with a phone call and great customer service from then on.

I appreciated being able to down load the detailed sales order available after placing the order versus sending with the package.

Product selection was a little confusing.

Hi Michael. Thanks for reaching out to us. We appreciate the business. Anyway, I do apologize on the confusion. I looked into you order and since you purchased the minibands, which are on sale, the discount code can not be combined. If you have any questions please let me know. My contact information is listed below. Thanks, Nick Stebenne Website Management M-F Athletic/Perform Better 1.888.556.7464 x 140 [email protected]

I mistakenly ordered the resistance bands without the foam pad in the middle I did not realize this until I tried to set them up. It was a little confusing since they looked just like the Gray Cook Band in the photos.

I ordered quite a few products. What is most confusing is the super bands. The charts are not easy to understand. I basically wanted a super band that was fairly light, not too dense, to be harder on my back or my knees. I had just taken some DVRT master classes, and ordered the yellow Superband, but it’s still doesn’t seem to be Goldilocks, not too hard not too easy use for me. It’s hard to explain. I just wish there was a better way to buy the proper band.

I had a little trouble finding what I was looking for, which were resistance bands. There wasn't a category for them. I also had a little difficulty placing the order. Iy would have been helpful to have each entry automatically take you to the next field where an entry was required.
