So far so good. Lets see how long it takes me to get what I ordered and how well informed performbetter keeps me on status. Really appreciated the 10% discount.

The ordering process was very smooth but the product was not what I expected. I called customer support and spoke to a very kind woman who was a big help - or so I thought. She advised that I purchase the correct product and she would send a return ticket so I could return and be credited for the first purchase. But it never came. This was likely a simple mistake, but now I need to call again, explain the situation and hopefully get it resolved. Update: I called and they gave me the return info. Just bumped it up to a 4.

Everything was great except I had a couple of problems with getting the quantity adjustment button to function timely and properly.

Website was pretty simple to navigate through, checking out was easy, otherwise I don’t know what else is add. I have ordered from Perform Better before, years ago, and I am back again, so that says something positive, too.

y’all needa quit playin wit that delivery fee🙄

Online checkout could be better, it took me several tries to get paypal working.
