did not get free shipping offer because I ordered dumbbells.

Had a bit of a glitch at the end of checking out, but i received a confirmation email so assuming the order went through.

I wish there was a greater selection of higher quality equipment. PB is great if looking for inexpensive items, but sometimes durability is more important than price, and I have a harder time finding those items.

Erin did a great job, very considerate and attentive.

I have purchased a few items from Perform Better because my chiropractor uses many of their products. The product quality is good, the prices are good, and the online discount today was great. The website has problems integrating with PayPal. My first order through PayPal did not take and PayPal sent me an email to complete the order. Then when I couldn't figure out how to complete the order with PayPal, I switched to using a credit card.

It was a bit challenging to work through the online purchasing, but I made it.

I wanted to order by item number since I had a catalog but was not clear how to do that so I had to search for items from a long list of things. Otherwise website was fine.
