can't even barely finish the transaction before being harassed for a survey. kinda insecure of y'all.

They advertise free shipping-which is why I chose their company over OPTP, but as I was placing my order I discovered only a select few items qualified for free shipping. I was disappointed to say the least. Because I was disappointed and had to spend time on the phone clarifying I will choose to go with OPTP next time.

Need to be able to direct bill online orders. Huge hassle for me to order, pay, then request reimbursement from my company. I don't have time to call a representative or find a product online then email it to someone. I REALLY need to be able to direct bill online orders to my company. Otherwise love your products.

Great product selection, but it seems overly expensive to order medicine balls; please work on getting better pricing for the shipping costs.

good selection, but often I want to return and order a few more items. however shipping is so expensive, I will often look elsewhere or wait until I need more things to make a large order

Products are consistently high quality but ordering is very tedious because website is exceedingly slow.
