Good product, glad to order it, but the shipping charge is way too high.

disliked shipping charge of $9.95 for a simple order of 4 minibands which could easily been USPS mailed for a dollar or less.

The site was easy to use. However, the checkout was frustrating. It took multiple attempts to simply finish paying for the order. I had to click "continue" half a dozen times before it would actually allow me to ...continue.

The "temporary charge" has been active for a long time.

Shipping and surcharges are ridiculous

It's disappointing to see companies still adding surcharges for Covid and supply chain challenges. Put it in the price if you have to. Nobody is getting Covid salary increases.

All coupons are excluded from sale items and shipping prices are absolutely outrageous. Wanted to get 3 of an item but shipping would be just as much as the item itself!

Better pricing than your amazon store (don't know why). But I have to pay shipping and handling.
