I returned the products as you requested in the original packaging, and insured it. You asked me to drop my dispute with American Express and then you would credit me back. I dropped the case with American Express and you charged me again for the same product, that I returned. Jan Williams

Petcube is amazing! It gives me ease of mind being able to check on my animals when I can't be home with them. Due to my health I have been in the hospital a lot recently, so being able to turn on the camera and see and talk to them has really helped.

We love our PetCube and have so much fun with our Berniedoodle popping out the treats. He loves it, the camera is clear and seeing our pup while we are away from the house is a huge plus!!! Talking to him is just the best! We would highly recommend it for all pet owners out there! You won't be disappointed.

Petcube’s customer service was very responsive. They were able to resolve the issues I experienced (free 4 hour video recordings disappearance) within a span of 8 hours (due to time differences).

Neben der Tatsache, dass die Kamera (Petcube bite lite) super toll ist, ist auch der Kundenservice sehr gut. Ich hatte bei meiner Kamera nämlich die Einsätze für die verschiedenen Größen der Leckereien verloren und gefragt, ob man diese auch einzeln erwerben kann. Sie haben keine Kosten und Mühe gescheut, mir drei Einsätze per Post zuzusenden, obwohl ich in Deutschland wohne. Und ich musste nichts dafür bezahlen, das ging quasi aufs Haus, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. DANKE!
