I bought two air filters for a k9 dryer, but I was sent the wrong product that was photographed in the product description. Petedge refuses to send me the correct product or refund me for my purchase. Their customer service is horrible, and I will never buy another item from Petedge or any other Boss Holdings. You lost a customer forever! Since you have refunded me, I have updated my rating to 3 stars. I hope you change the photograph of the product so that it doesn’t become a problem for any other customers.

Hi, we received an email from Robert and had informed him that the part he ordered was the insert only and didn't include the outer plastic ring. We've refunded Robert for the foam insert, but do not have the full plastic surround part for the filter that he was wanting. A refund wasn't refused we were waiting for a reply to the email that was sent. We appreciate you letting us know of your disappointment and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

Pet Edge has been my go-to for quality grooming supplies since 2003. I am retired now; only grooming my own dogs, but I still rely on them for my gear. My pets still need care.

I was happy to see that the containers were wrapped up in plastic. It was very well packed and arrived quickly.

The truck came while I was not home to deliver grooming table. I got no information prior or date of delivery. I was at an doctors appointment when the delivery truck called and siad he was in my drive way. A simple message or email would have been nice!
