Received a used table, may have been an oops , however they did make it right and sent me a new table the following week.
Response from PetEdge· Nov 15, 2023
We apologize again for the inconvenience however, we did our best to resolve the issue. We issued you a new table entirely. At no cost to you. After reviewing your order it looks like the new table is set to be there this Friday. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for choosing PetEdge!

I ordered the Andis cordless trimmer and it was suggested I order the stainless blade attachments for my dogs' hair. Not being an expert, I ordered what appeared on the site as the correct kit, alas it was the wrong adjustable blade kit - (on the website it looked like it was the one to have ordered - by the way it was merchandised or presented). I waited weeks for it and is the wrong one which was a bummer. There should be an alert when placing the order - "These items are not compatible are you sure you want to proceed?" A Wonderful customer service rep, however, is helping me process and exchange but it's a bummer that it either wasn't more intuitive or easier to order the correct kit, or it would not have auto-populated to appropriate companion unit (customers who buy this often buy that). Happy with the humans, but not the website technology.

After a couple orders from Pet Edge I will not be purchasing from them anymore. I ordered things that were on backstock but not labeled as such upon adding to cart, or I would have gotten other products. No indication that it wasn't in stock. I purchased them because I needed them SOON and not months away. When my gallon of conditioner was super delayed, I asked to cancel. I was told "yes we will put your order of hold indefinitely" this apparently does not mean cancel because I was still charged months later. There's no way of knowing whats out of stock until your order if and I'm done dealing with that.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize for the confusion. We offer our backorder option for our customers to be able to place an order for an item even if its not available at the time of their order so that they are first in line when that item comes back in stock. We do label each item with either "in stock" or it will give an "expected ship date" for when it is to be a back in stock. We offer an indefinite hold for customers who are willing to wait long periods of time for specific items to come back in stock. Again, I do apologize for the confusion. We thank you for choosing PetEdge.
