I love the product line but the customer service needs to be trained to listen to what the customer is saying. I called to ask about a part and the csr goes on to talk about an entirely different item. I repeated myself three times and she just couldn't seem to understand so I hung up and called back. Got a different csr and still the same problem. They don't listen!

I don’t use petedge very often and when I do, something is off. The customer service has improved but just like today, an order I’ve waited a month to even ship won’t be available til Nov 1st. There was no notification, no updates via email. I had to call in to find out. While the person was very helpful. I ended up cancelling the order as I’ll be out of product before it even ships.

I ordered an adjustable blade that did not fit my old Andis adjustable clipper and the return was made simple and easy. When I have a question I get to talk to a REAL person and that is rare these days.
