Waited 2 weeks for shampoo and it was on back order. No one emailed or notified me. I canceled the order and probably won't use petedge again. This is bad business.

I called it find out when my order will ship as I was told it would ship on 9/29. It was 10/3. I get my new puppy on 10/7. I was told it would arrive by 10/4 and it is not even ready to ship. I was told it was in process and that’s it. Well now I see the shipping label for Ulta visit Terrost. I spelled it to the person 3 times and this is not even close. I will say I live on a street with the word TERRACE. So for the 3rd phone call and 2 hours later I am told they will expedite shipping….guess what I get confirmation and NO ONE CHANGED THE ADDRESS. I am so disappointed in customer service people. Can’t spell can’t think it’s just so disappointing. So wait again for a response.

I purchased a large heavy metal set of drawers...shows up...dented. I have to rebox it - I have to load it in my truck - its heavy I'm almost 60 years old after stroke 5 months ago...I have to carry it into a ups after I get out of work. I have to send it back before you'll replace it. so I get to wait longer. this experience was not pleasant and very inconvenient and I am pissed off. customer service is plain crap - I just told manager on phone f off - they suck no responsibility - asked about scratch & dent - told no way they don't do that - clearly in print they say otherwise - so liar liar ......no ownership of screwing people over don't buy from them they suck - hate customers - no customer service total scumbags.....add on this - ups just left my house - I have a package to pick up !! NO I DON'T !! NOT ONLY DID PETEDGE KNOW I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO RETURN DAMAGED SHIPMENT SENT TO ME - THEY EMAILED ME SHIPPING LABEL !!! I CALLED TO NOTIFY THEM THAT I HAD DONE THEIR JOB FOR THEM AND SENT PACKAGE BACK PHYSICALLY MYSELF !!! INCONVENIENCE I HAD TO PUT UP WITH AND HOW PISSED I WAS .....NOW UPS SHOWS UP AT MY HOUSE - YOU GUYS ARE REALLY STUPID MORONS !!!!!!!!! PET EDGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE FLAT OUT SCUMBAG MORONS .... THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THE HELL THEIR DOING - TALK ABOUT STUPID !!

Hi there, we received your IG review yesterday, and listened to the call in its entirety and reviewed our cameras in our warehouse. You had JeTara on the phone and she is a fantastic rep., but you seemed upset with this situation instantly. When viewing our cameras from our warehouse there was no dent in the box, so we apologize for the shipping of your product from our vendor that unfortunately had damaged the package. We thank you for bringing this to our attention as we have put in a claim with UPS for the issue. We definitely want to make things convenient for our customers so we are more than happy to just let you keep the item that you have and are also sending you another one that will be dent free leaving our warehouse. We hope that in the future that you will consider that we have no control over what happens after we release an item to our shipping vendor. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, as we appreciate your business!

No delivery update in almost a week. Will never order from pet edge again. Very disappointed. I’m waiting g for shampoos to work.

Hi there, we see your order was placed on 09/27 and it does take 24/48 hrs for processing and packing and 3-7 business days for delivery in which the weekend is not considered business days. We are showing via your tracking that your items will be delivered to you tomorrow. If you didn't receive your tracking info, please call us at 800-738-3343 and we can give it to you. We apologize that you feel we fell short of your delivery expectations however, we are a smaller business, and unless a customer chooses an expedited delivery this is our standard delivery.
