This is my 2nd order and I entered the promo code for 10% off and it was not applied at checkout. I tried to call but the line disconnected twice. Then I sent an email and have not received any replies.

Hi there, PetEdge is closed on the weekends, and we see your order was placed on the 11th. We also did receive your email over the weekend, and our support has replied to you this morning, and was able to add the 10% discount to your order. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

Difficulty with “PROCEED TO BILLING” After the prompt reply from Pet Edge, I feel confident the issue will be resolved here after. I’ve ordered from Pet edge several times, this was my first 3 star experience..it’s always been a 5 star experience.

Without a catalog with prices I don’t trust what Petedge is doing. We all know you can jack prices up whenever. E-catalog is worse. QR code? Are you kidding me? Took a long time to order supplies to filter through. I am sure I missed a lot of supplies. I usually spend more than what I did today. I’ll be ordering a lot more from Amazon.
Response from PetEdge· Apr 13, 2026
Hi there, so many companies, have removed the paper catalogs as they're extremely costly. We would rather give our customers discounts on items versus spending an unbelievable amount of money on catalogs. The QR is just a guide to review items, all of our prices are listed on our website, no hidden agendas or fees just fair pricing, with better discounts. Thank you for supporting our smaller business we truly appreciate it! PetEdge

I always have the best experience shopping at PatEdge. Have been going there since they were in Topsfield, Mass! Sure do miss those years! Now it’s all online, but that’s OK, experience is the same. Glad your on the west coast as well as I have moved there.
