The PetEdge Web site offers no way to review an order before submitting it on the last page and no way to immediately cancel an order that has been placed in error. A phone call as soon as the office opens the next morning is fruitless since the representative always says the order has already been placed and cannot be cancelled. From now on, I will NEVER place an online order with this company.

Delivery was quick and product was boxed well arriving safely. Product is great quality and price was fair.

30 blade came broken. Shears don’t even cut. Very unsatisfied

Everything shipped in time and intact. The only issue was with the Andis razor. While the razor worked great, the cord, after being wrapped so tightly in the box, was constantly getting tangled and unplugging. I think Andis should rethink the way it packs it’s products. We tried to lay the cord out for a few days, hoping it would stop getting tangled, but it would not. Petedge understood the problem and we returned it. Thank you

The Ge Gator Texturizer 8.5" shears that I purchased work beautifully to shape a standard poodle's jacket, bracelets and poms without showing scissor marks. The blade is crisp and accurate and they balanced nicely in my hand. They were promptly delivered with accurate notification and left well wrapped for shipping and the elements. I love them!
