Never Again! I was a customer of Petedge for several years but never again! Over the years there have been issues with items taking forever to arrive especially back ordered items and a lack of communication by Petedge. Canceling back ordered items with out notifying me. *** The final straw was ordering items that would be Christmas presents for my clients. I did the order over the phone and was assured my order would arrive in 3-5 days. Two weeks later still hadn’t gotten the order. I contacted Petedge who informed me the order had been shipped to UPS and UPS was holding it up. I contacted UPS and they said they had NOT received the package from Petedge only the LABEL! I contacted Petedge they apologized and said they would two day the items to me. Three days later still no package! I call them and they say they are waiting for the LABEL to be returned from ups! Are you kidding me! So three weeks later no items! I finally canceled the order. Ridiculous! Horrible service!

I HAVE HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER IS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED SOME OF MY ITEMS. THIS WAS A LARGE ORDER AND I WOULD HAVE LIKED BETTER COMMUNICATION. I WILL BE CALLING IN TOMORROW TO FIND OUT WHERE MY TUB IS AND THE WATERPROOF SMOCKS. I REALIZE THE TABLE WAS ON BACK ORDER BUT THE REST WAS NOT. THANK YOU FORYOUR TIME, TYLER

Some items back ordered, partial shipment of some items and than company cancelled other items. Cannot use items sent without items that were cancelled. Expensive shipping and now have to pay to send back what was shipped. Update: petedge fixed everything very promptly. I was wrong regarding the shipping back
