Ordering on-line was impossible
Ordering on-line was impossible. Website wouldn't separate billing/shipping addresses. Also issues with payment led me to call back and trying to pay again was like pulling teeth. They wanted to submit a ticket and call me back the next day. Seriously? If not for complaining and asking for corporate supervision repeatedly, i would have had to shop elsewhere. Still no contact back about the problems, so customer service is pretty non-existent.

I waited FOREVER for the shampoo I…
I waited FOREVER for the shampoo I ordered only to receive notification that I would not be getting my order. The shampoo was on sale for a special price and not in stock. Not cool.

Actually had 7 blades in stock and…
Actually had 7 blades in stock and didn't price gouge like others (Amazon). Plus surprised how quick delivery was. Boss ordered from Ryan's and it took a week longer. Free delivery over 100$ (easy to spend that). 👍👍
