Received wrong blades & when I called customer service She acted like I was a bother & didn’t even offer to send correct just let me returned so I told her thank you I would now order them from Chewy . She still never offered to send correct. So yep ordered from chewy & will continue to do so Thank you for asking

I recieved horrible quality products, shipping time was very long. Half of the bandannas I recieved was an ok quality, but the other half (about 50 bandannas) were pre packaged, sewn together and folded INDIVIDUALLY, not something a professional groomer with carpal tunnel wants or is able to deal with. I had to ask my husband to help me. Not to mention these individually packaged Aria bandannas are extremely thin (you can easily see trough them) , smaller than they advertise and are full of lines from being packaged and shipped folded. Also I have ordered groomer jackets and pants in the past from Petedge and they were poor quality. The seams came apart on all of them. Also in the past I ordered shears from Pet Edge and they sent me a used one that didn’t cut at all. Oh, and this was well before the pandemic so this is not an excuse. This is not the kind of company I want to deal with in the future. There are better options out there.

I need blades and if I knew you weren't shipping them till sept/oct I wouldn't have ordered them!

Product was lowest price among competitors and arrived super fast. Definitely would recommend this seller.
