Shipping is always quick which I appreciate on most items. A decent amount of options of products to Choose from. It seems some of your grooming apparel has gotten discontinued and that’s a bummer. Customer service is always very good and cheerful and I also appreciate that

My experience with PetEdge was wonderful. Product arrived, packaged very nicely, and with a catalog to browse. Just waiting on my other package to arrive with should be on July 27th. Will definitely do business with this company again very pleasant people to speak with and work with.

I’m still waiting for three of the brushes I ordered with no updated shipping information. Also, I would, unfortunately, NOT be surprised if they were to charge me shipping on products that should have been included with my original order. Otherwise, why would they let me purchase it....

Orders $200 worth of things only got $80 everything else was backorder if I had known I would have ordered from Amazon instead of waiting 2 months

Horrendous experience. I was told that the representative on the phone could not help with customer service and I would have to contact PetEdge via email and he would do the same. I never heard back from PetEdge, not at all. Very unprofessional. As a growing and thriving business, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
