I order 7 things. Three were supposed to ship right away. When I call to tell them the tracking number didn’t work I was told it would be looked into and I’d receive a call letting me know where my stuff was. I haven’t received my items or a phone call back about what happened. I placed the order a month ago and still nothing :( I should have spent the extra $15 and ordered from amazon.

The products are of great quality. The scissors came in 2 days. Very rare these days. The second product arrived on the estimated date. The 3rd item is back ordered but is worth the wait.

Great product selection. Wonderful product descriptions that I have found very accurate. Products last well and perform well. I am a repeat customer for many years and for many kinds of products.

I bought detachable clipper blades because getting them sharpened is a 4 week waiting period. Then when I would get them back they were not sharp any way. So I decided to buy new blades thinking they would be sharp and go through the hair as slick as a hot knife in butter. They would not even cut the hair! I was very disappointed. I ordered new Gator Gear 3 pair of scissors and they are great.

DECISION TIME - I needed some shears to clip my Pomeranian. I had purchased DurDuck sometime ago and they were useless in short order. The customer service rep I spoke with discussed with me the choices I was now considering in the PetEdge catalog and after a lengthy discussion as to the merits of the several under consideration, I purchased a set and several other items. They arrived sporadically, but I am pleased with the choices and the shears appear to be fine and sharp. The customer service was very helpful.
