How super fascinating that NOW PetEdge gives a crap about their reviews and customer service. NO ONE at your company could give 2 craps about helping me on Monday and Tuesday, April 20th and 21st, when I needed it the most. No one could answer my questions. No one responded to my email inquiries. There was virtually no customer care within your organization. None. I will NEVER recommend your company to any of my dog peeps. Ya'all are a little late to the party at showing care and concern about customer experience.
