Someone frauduelently signed up for your newsletter and used my stolen credit card information to make purchases on your website. They could not have verified my email address but here we are. I've disputed charges and am not happy

Hi there, we see the order that was placed online, and it was stopped immediately on our end. We are so sorry that someone had compromised your card, and we most definitely recommend you contacting your bank, or card company to cancel your card. We feel strongly about protecting our customers at PetEdge and it doesn't make us happy when this happens. We did leave you a VM to call us back, so you can be assured that we handled everything on our end properly. 800-738-3343 Thank you for your feedback, and please cancel your card. Thank you PetEdge.

Your website is never been easy to maneuver through. Takes really long time to load doesn’t always load correctly. Seems like there hasn’t been upgrades in years. I do like all your offers and discounts however, I find 50% of things on Amazon suprisingly less expensive.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about your online experience. We are going to reach out to you as Amazon does purchase from PetEdge, but doesn't have lower pricing than we offer unless there was a special buy. We look forward to your feedback and thank you for sharing your experience with us. PetEdge.

I was a long time loyal customer of pet edge going back over 30 yrs ago over my grooming career. Almost everthing I would need was back ordered. I began to search elsewhere for supplies to run my business around 10 yrs ago. I ordered again recently to see if things have improved and it’s only gotten much worse.unreasonably Slow shipping, expensive shipping cost and a lot of back order products that I tried to order. I will not be ordering from them again. It’s a shame!! They were the leaders in the grooming product industry originally, only to become the worst run company out there for the pet grooming product marketplace. I tried and they failed miserably

Hi there, just so you are aware we aren't the same company from 30 yrs ago, or even 10 years ago, we have new ownership. However, we reviewed your order and see the one order in 2025 placed and all of the items on your order were in stock and shipped within 24 hrs. We do see that you chose USPS which they have had some shipping delays. We did contact you to get further information on what items were on backorder that you were looking for. We've kept a great deal of stock on hand, and hoping we can clarify with you. Please give us a call back 800-738-3343 we would appreciate hearing from you. Thank you for your feedback. PetEdge.
